AI is changing everything... but what does that mean for email marketing?
We’re already using AI to write faster, generate ideas, and analyze results.
But what about the receiving side?
New tools and features, such as Apple’s Mail summaries and AI organizers like Cora, are starting to reshape how users consume email.
These tools decide what gets surfaced, what gets buried, and possibly what gets skipped altogether.
So is email marketing at risk?
Not if your emails are wanted (and if they’re truly relevant, useful, and trusted), users won’t let AI tools bury them.
In fact, they’ll demand that the tools show those emails.
They’ll complain if a newsletter they look forward to disappears.
They’ll stop using tools that hide the emails they actually care about.
So the real takeaway?
The future of email belongs to those who earn their place in the inbox.
AI won’t kill email marketing.
It’ll reward the brands who send emails people want to read.
Promos, newsletters, even sales emails… if they provide value, they’ll rise above the noise.
